Position Title: Project Manager
Reporting to: COO
Compensation: $65,000 to $90,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Create exceptional client experiences and earn 5-star reviews.
Over-communicate with clients and the install team, providing detailed project schedules.
Measure project sites, order materials, and coordinate deliveries.
Approve supplier invoices and manage installation details.
Organize and manage warehouse inventory.
Ensure project timelines and safety codes are met.
Conduct regular operations meetings to implement new programs, address concerns, and recognize excellent work.
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of on-site project management experience in kitchen and/or bath remodeling.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Residential remodeling or construction management experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and project management systems (e.g., ServiceMinder, Buildertrend).
Ideal Candidate:
Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend hours.
Experience coordinating a team of tradespeople.
Innovative and analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
