KITTEL FAMILY VETERINARY PRACTICE INC. -
We are looking to add a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to our team. Our practice has been open since November 2010 and we see / treat dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals. We are a full-service, general practice owned by a husband and wife team who enjoy working together and helping the animals in their community. Currently the office is open Monday-Friday, so employees have the weekends off. The job duties include checking clients in & out, processing payments, client communication and patient follow-up, emails, phone calls and message taking, and medical record entry. Applicants must have at least 1 year prior experience as a veterinary receptionist to be considered for this position. Pay is dependent on prior experience and abilities.
