implementation of strategic policies and procedures. The Operations Manager will work closely with the
Senior Vice President, Marketing, Maintenance, Compliance Teams, Regional Vice Presidents and
Portfolio Management. to ensure streamlined property management procedures, policies, and key
performance metrics. This position also supervises the Training Manager and Collections Manager.
