Job Summary:
The Wholesale Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support to the Wholesale Operations Director in all aspects of running the department including NuOrder Portal Buildout all Assets and Seasonal Catalog Creation, At Once Catalog and Buyer Specific Catalogs, order processing, customer service, Account Management and administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Footwear business and experience with Nuorder portal. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills with a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritize their workload. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Wholesale Operations with all requests
- Manage the NuOrder Wholesale Portal with Assets: Hero/Lifestyles/Step-In, Videos, Campaigns and Portal Buildout with Marketing Support.
- Receive and Process Customer Orders & Work with Assigned Large Account Management- Zappos, Sole Provisions, Lucky Shoes, Elliott’s Boots & Top 20 Retailers for US
- Build & Create Catalogs for International & US and Linesheets/Custom Lists for Retailers/Distributors ensuring Images and product Descriptions and Info is correct
- Maintain Accurate inventory Records With NuOrder & our ERP-NetSuite, Manage Product Intro Dates ,Phase-out Dates and At Once Inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Prepare Shipping documents and arrange shipments
- Handle Customer Inquiries and complaints
- Work with Product Team on New Product Development, Product Drops and Make updates as needed for Portals. (Vibe IQ)
- Pulling suitable samples for key accounts. Ship out Retailer Style out Sets & Track and get returned
- Help Manage Returns from Wholesale Division
- Support Account Requests for Packing lists, Shipments, Order Inquiries, Questions from Retailers
- Support Sales Reps with Assets needed and Presentations to Retailers & Requests
- Help Coordinate Global Sales Meetings for each Season in all Planning aspects
- Buildout Virtual Showrooms & Monthly Newsletters to Retailers, Distributors, Regions- Campaigns, Launches
- Manage Nurorder Error Logs for Product, Inventory, Orders, Companies to get corrected and fixed
- Help Manage BrandFolder & Create Collections for US & International- Digital Assets
- Assist with Hubspot Ticketing Systems for Support with Retailers & Distributors
- Assist With Myagi Information, Templates, Discounts, Incentives for Sales Associates/Reps Training Platform
- Assist with Backorders & E-Com Order Management thru Slack Channel
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Dealing with Digital assets and management through our ordering portal
- Some Marketing Experience is a plus
Education and Experience:
- Experience with Nuorder/Brandfolder/Netsuite/Vibe IQ a plus
