What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Remodeler position at KJ's Construction and Handyman Service, LLC?
We are looking for someone with 5- 10 yrs experience in handyman and remodeling of residential homes. We do everything from changing lightbulbs to building on additions. We work Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm. Our jobs are in the Hamilton, Marion and Boone County areas. Pay is determined by experience.
You will need to be proficient in
- using saws
- tape measure
- drills
- plumbing
- flooring
- drywall
- electrical
- tiling
- ladders (Must be able to climb ladders)
Must have a clean background check, drug test and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and train laborers on job site, as needed
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and project completion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
