Job Summary
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for early childhood education? KLA Schools is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Executive Director to join our team. As the Executive Director, you will oversee all aspects of our preschool operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Duties
- Operate a full and profitable school, utilizing an array of marketing, sales, cost control, and training opportunities and resources
- Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the preschool
- Implement educational programs as designed by KLA Pedagogy that meet the needs of children and align with our mission and Reggio Emilia inspired approach
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of the preschool
- Recruit, train, and support staff to maintain a high-quality teaching environment
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, the community, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Preschool Director or similar leadership role in early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, practices, and regulations
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field; master’s degree preferred
- Valid state director certification or ability to obtain certification
