Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end project management for telecommunications initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, cost control, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and workflows to optimize service delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of service requirements.
- Oversee telecom asset management using AVAIL’s proprietary Asset Management Product suite, keeping budgets on track and expenses optimized.
- Drive process improvements using technology and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) from order initiation to full implementation.
- Provide insightful status reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
· 5-7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to foster strong client and vendor relationships.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and telecom-related platforms.
· A team player with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Hands-on experience of telecom vendors, billing, and order management processes.
· Project planning and management experience to drive seamless execution.
