Leasing Manager

Kleemax Properties is a locally-owned and operated property manager based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since 2003, we’ve leased, managed, and owned properties in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Cincinnati. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing operations of our properties at multiple site locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills to help ensure that our leasing processes will run smoothly. The leasing manager will work with the Operations Manager and Maintenance team to establish resident satisfaction.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire leasing process from first contact to becoming a resident
• Advertise apartments for rent
• Conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities using property management software Appfolio.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Set market rents based on rental trends in the area

Qualifications

• Prior apartment leasing preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including management and maintenance staff.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
