Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
- Lead recruitment efforts, sourcing and hiring top talent for our sales and administrative teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies and best practices to support Klendify’s growth.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to integrate new hires seamlessly.
