ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled Digital Programmatic Account Manager within a dynamic environment to help provide highly effective advertising services to clients. Ideal candidates will be solution-based team members with strong collaborative and organization skills to help manage various layers of communication and contribute to diverse deliverables related to facilitating sales and client accounts (New and existing Accounts). to achieve the best results with campaign performance and client satisfaction. You will be employed within the Account & Strategies Team. Your main responsibilities will encompass all (new & existing) client and account management onboarding, growth, proposals, insights & recommendations to achieve the best results with campaign performance and client satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Partner with Account Management through each step of the campaign process; from ideation to implementation to post-campaign reporting
- Liaise between Sales, Account Managers, & Ad-Operations to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, reporting, insights
- Partner with Ad-Operations to troubleshoot delivery issues and proactive optimization strategies to ensure clients KPIs are observed
- Design and coordinate marketing proposals and customer touch points
- Assist in RFP responses to ensure ease of setup by the ad operations team
- Produce reports and recommendations
- Trading knowledge an asset
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 2 years of experience in programmatic, campaign analysis, and optimization
- Experience working with industry-recognized technology platforms (i.e. ad servers, DSPs, DMPs), DV 360 & Campaign Manager 360 preferred. (Knowledge of Trade Desk an asset).
- Detail-oriented, curious, proactive, and resourceful
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage volume
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Understanding of attribution models, customer journey, ROAS, ROI, and advertising metrics
- Expert level in Excel; you can create advanced reports and dashboard
- Ability to develop relationships with customers (internal and external), suppliers and co-workers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is a must.
- English language, written and spoken, are necessary.
