Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Kligler Law is rapidly growing, and we’re looking for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our fun and dynamic team! What You’ll Do:

• Handle administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly, including data entry and retrieval, generating letters/legal documents, answering phones, court filing, and coordinating and scheduling hearings.
• Utilize case management system for daily tasks.
• Maintain case files and manage communications with clients and courts.
• Support attorneys with case management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and great organization skills.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to juggle tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Preferably Spanish speaking
