What You’ll Do:
- Handle administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly, including data entry and retrieval, generating letters/legal documents, answering phones, court filing, and coordinating and scheduling hearings.
- Utilize case management system for daily tasks.
- Maintain case files and manage communications with clients and courts.
- Support attorneys with case management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and great organization skills.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Ability to juggle tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Preferably Spanish speaking
