POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented Brand Standards Coordinator to join our team. The Brand Standards Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and standards, both internally and externally. This role requires a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Brand Standards team support requests by responding to Franchise Partners via the Burn Support Portal and email Inbox.
- Audit Burn Boot Camp locations through social media, systems audits, etc. to identify and investigate violations. Determine proper measures for course correction for all compliance violations.
- Conduct investigations into compliance violations, complaints, or concerns. Influence Franchise Partner adoption of the corrective action plans and monitor implementation to prevent recurrence.
- Respond and investigate alleged violations of policies and brand standards received by BSP or any other method.
- Communicates directly with Franchise Partners via phone, email, meetings, etc. to address any compliance concerns or brand standards concerns that may arise.
- Execute, deliver, and document compliance notices and address locations in default of Franchise Agreements.
- Maintain documentation of all compliance activities in internal systems, schedule and manage follow-up actions.
- Conduct brand standards education sessions for Franchise Partners to ensure understanding of compliance requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into everyday business activities. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment with regulatory and policy requirements.
- Continuously evaluate compliance programs and recommend improvements or new approaches to enhance the organization’s compliance culture and reduce risk.

- Extremely detail oriented, organized, methodical, quality conscious and with a reputation of superb follow through.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and create a positive, productive conversation on the phone with Franchise Partners.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work within project timelines, establish priorities, and meet milestones and deliverables

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
