Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and management of project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Support project managers in preparing project documentation, including schedules and reports.
- Utilize software tools such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, Prolog, Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication across all project phases.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays; propose solutions as necessary.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
- Assist in construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting for projects.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with project coordination tools such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, Prolog, Primavera is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction estimating or working on construction sites is a plus.
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
