Two Lights Settlement Services is seeking a Receptionist to report to the office in Falmouth, ME.
\n- 3 years of reception or office administrative experience, supporting a fast paced and high transaction office.
- Real Estate, Legal, or Banking industry knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person.
- Professional communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient MS Office and computer skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Falmouth, ME
- Hourly pay in the range of $23-26

- Answer high volume of incoming calls throughout the workday.
- Greet clients as they enter the office.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients.
- Administrative tasks such as mailings and supply ordering.
- Handle daily communication with agents, home buyers/sellers.
- Oversee schedules and create and maintain documents for the team as needed.
- Additional clerical duties including faxing, copying, scheduling and various research projects as necessary.
