Job Description: The assistant will perform general office duties and provide support to the Office Staff as required.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
General office duties and daily activities
Data entry
Answering the telephone
Accounts Receivable-book keeping, typing invoices, etc
Bank Deposits
Filing paperwork/ Managing customer files
Sales Tax
Past Due Accounts
Cleaning and Maintaining office area as well as shop area
Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous office experience preferred
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and well organized
Strong computer skills/ Experience with Quickbook and Microsoft Word.
Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
Ability to work independently and in cooperation with other office staff
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent; college course work in related field preferred.
