As an AR Generalist, the successful candidate needs to have broad experience in Accounts Receivable which includes but is not limited to handing Inbound & Outbound Collection Calls, Billing, Cash Application, and Customer Account Reconciliation.

Primary Responsibilities:
Obtain Customer payment information by phone (this is over 75% of the daily work for this position)
Reconcile AR Aging for select customers on a timely basis
When required, Invoice Customers in accordance with policies
Process AR transactions to include Cash Application
Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
Assist applying customer payments to accounts when business need occurs
Assist other accounting personnel with workloads as needed
Assist with collection efforts and all associated functions
General accounting & administrative duties as required including answering the phone and outbound calls to our customers
Customer Data Entry
Requirements:
AR experience in mid-size to large companies
Familiarity with accounts AR functions
General Accounting experience with a good understanding of transaction flows
Strong analytical skills
Able to understand Customer transactions
Computer skills are required, proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual communication skills are a plus
