What You’ll Be Doing
- Achieve sales targets and oversees the delivery of account’ revenue.
- Customers base expansion and new markets penetration.
- Follow up the implementation of sales programs, campaigns etc.
- Manages relationships with all customers layers and resolves escalated issues.
- Manage the day-to-day operation with the trade accounts.
- Clearly communicating to the trade accounts their KPI’s & ensure that these reflect on their operations & in accordance with the sales dept objectives.
- Developing & documenting different work procedures that involve trade accounts & other depts.
- Work experience: 3 yrs. prior experience of sales development activities. (Preferably, the experience background is from the FMCG and Paints industries).
- PC knowledge: Windows & Office.
- Technical skills: Sales & Customers management, financial skills, Product, and market know how.
- Personal skills: Organization, communication, analytical, & presentation skills, in addition to time management.
- Proven experience in the target (geographical) areas.
