- Communicate regularly with ownership on the financial status of each project
- Monitor and forecast cash flow across operating companies and development projects
- Prepare owner/investor statements summarizing financial performance and distributions
- Assist in building annual and project-based budgets
- Coordinate with our external CPA for tax prep and compliance
- Help improve internal processes, financial controls, and reporting systems
- 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations (real estate or construction experience preferred)

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Must be based in the Tampa/Sarasota area with availability for occasional in-person meetings
- Hours: 15–25 hours/week to start
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience
- Status: 1099 contractor or part-time W-2 depending on preference
- Flexibility: Hybrid work setup (remote occasional in-person collaboration)

This role offers the chance to get in early and help shape the financial backbone of a fast-moving real estate firm. If you’re someone who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment and wants to do meaningful work that scales, we’d love to hear from you.
