Knife River is hiring for a Quality Control Technician based out of our Belgrade, MT office.
- Material sampling, testing, technical documentation/logging and various quality control procedures.
- Develop and implement Quality Control practices and procedures
- Understand and execute the required testing procedures in conformance with the contract documents and industry standards
- Monitor, document and track Quality Control documents including but not limited to Quality Control Plans, Daily Reports, Testing
- Review all special inspection and material testing performed by third parties

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is highly desired.
- OSHA 30 or MSHA preferred
- Ability to be certified in material testing is required; However, training and certification opportunities will be provided.
- Quality Control experience preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and good record keeping required.
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of material.
- Ability to work overtime and some weekends.
- A professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
- Valid Driver's License.
