Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Incumbent manages the financial transaction process for customers at the end of their leases and installment contracts.
* Resolve customer disputes and conflicts regarding end of lease transactions.
* Identify opportunities for creating process improvements and greater efficiency.
* Discuss and process all end of lease transactions with current lease customers, which includes preparing documentation and interacting with insurance company and/or financial institutions as needed.
* Assist with the preparation of equipment for loan, lease or sale to customers at related party companies.
* Maintain current standard work documentation for all end of lease processes.
* Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
Qualifications: What you need to bring
* 2 years' experience in credit, banking or lending required.
* Previous experience with basic lease and amortization transactions required
* Transportation industry experience preferred.
* Bi-lingual preferred.
* Bachelor's in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
* Must possess excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
* Must possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
* Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments
* Must be able to adapt to change is an excellent team-player.
