Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, providing administrative support, and ensuring effective operation and efficiency within the office. The office administrator will play a critical role in maintaining a productive and positive office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and maintain phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to facilitate easy access to information.
- Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all records.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, sales appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Process invoices and incoming payments.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support various administrative functions as required, contributing to overall team efficiency.
- Ensure office tasks are completed efficiently.
- Implement and uphold office policies and procedures.
- Manage budget and expenses related to office operations.
- Organize and coordinate company events and meetings.
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the office environment.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining handbook.
- Manage office equipment, ensuring that software and hardware are up to date and functioning efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic clerical duties is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with Quickbooks Online and other relevant software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with a willingness to learn new software as required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Detail-oriented and problem solving abilities.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
