Job Description
We are seeking a strategic leader for our 250-person chemical manufacturing facility near Lafayette, IN. This role is focused on long-term planning and strategic vision rather than day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in shutdown scheduling, capital project strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. They will also manage a team that includes the production manager and participate in our upcoming expansion project.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 8 years of post-college industry experience in chemical manufacturing or a related field such as refining or pulp/paper.
- Industry Background: Experience in refining, pulp/paper, chemical manufacturing, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and supporting teams of 50 employees; prior experience as a production or operations manager is highly desirable.
