You will provide individualized reading and or math tutoring sessions to students, focusing on their specific learning needs and goals.
*KnowledgePoints* offers affordable tutoring with proven results. We continue to grow so we need additional tutors. Be an important part of changing the life of children. Because of our prescriptive approach and proven program developed by the founder of Sylvan Learning Centers, we average improvements of 1.5-2.5 years in just 40 sessions, and the children really enjoy coming to our centers.
We make education and tutoring fun. We serve our students year-round, so this is an opportunity for regular part-time work. There is no need to schedule your own students as they will come during our operating hours. Regular hours are available as early as 2:00, or after school, to 7:00pm, two to 4 days per week. We tutor K-12th, in reading, writing, math, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and ACT/SAT prep.
Complete training will be provided to qualified instructors. We use public school teachers, private school teachers, education or math/engineering majors with 3 years of college (with tutoring experience), and qualified home-school teachers. Two years of experience as a Tutor required.
Qualified interested candidates MUST submit a resume to be considered. We have locations in Riverview and Plant City (this opening is in Riverview, 10837 Boyette Rd, 33569).

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
