Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, guest relations, and night audit.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained.
- Train and supervise hotel staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain hotel inventory, including supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management in IHG or Choice is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and systems.
- Knowledge of front desk operations, guest relations, and night audit procedures.
