KO Storage is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aimed at maximizing our online presence, brand growth, and revenue. This position will work closely with Operations and Company Leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and enhance KO's marketing and customer-facing strategies. As the Marketing Director, you will lead and develop comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies for KO. This position will work closely with Revenue Management, Operations and Company Leadership to help maximize our facilities online presence and revenue and to ensure KO maintains a competitive posture as it pertains to SEO rankings, digital advertising campaigns, and other customer facing strategies. Regularly report on market landscape and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.Vendor and Partner Relationships : Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies, ensuring that all outsourced activities are executed effectively, on budget, and aligned with KO's marketing goals.Budget Management & ROI Analysis : Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation across campaigns.
