This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization and those visiting the organization. General Duties:
- Perform receptionist duties: fielding calls, general email requests, visitor check-ins
- Coordinate with Security team for daily security guard coverage
- Field and communicate messages from the employee call-in line
- Maintain office supply inventory for HR
- Assist employees with general questions
- Electronic and physical filing for HR records as needed
- Communication of canteen service concerns
- Manage company vehicle fleet, which includes data entry, car maintenance scheduling, and reservations
- Oversee company travel booking
- Pick up company mail
- Help check in visitors with Lobby Fox system, book conference rooms and plan lunches as needed
- Perform other duties as required
- Requires occasional physical activity throughout shift (except breaks and lunch) such as walking, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, handling, near/far vision, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of human resource policies and functions
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good problem solving and time management
- Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision when required
- High School Degree (or G.E.D. equivalent) required.
- One to three years of experience working in an administrative role or related field (or similar experience) preferred
