What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain short-interval production schedules
- Coordinate schedule changes and ensure materials arrive on time
- Work closely with production management to meet customer needs
- Analyze manpower requirements with supervisors and leads
- Assist with capacity planning to improve throughput
- Monitor daily production and adjust priorities as needed
- Schedule materials and track production status
- Communicate schedule updates on a 4-week look-ahead
- Oversee testing schedules for the pipe and plumbing team
- Collaborate with the GM of Manufacturing to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in production scheduling/planning within a manufacturing environment
- Associate degree in business, management, production, or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
