About the RoleAs a Centralized Staffing Specialist, you will execute the hourly staffing strategy to ensure locations have the appropriate staff to meet business objectives and increase employee engagement.What You’ll DoUse the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to advance candidates through the hiring processProvide daily work progress to the Team LeadExecute best practices, communication, hiring and processes to achieve staffing goalsMaintain confidentiality with all records and informationUpdate communication and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure applications are complete and applicants are accurately executing the hiring process within ATSCommunicate accurately and effectively with candidates and / or peersSupport, communicate and champion Kohl’s hourly staffing directionAdditional tasks may be assignedConduct initial review of high-volume of applicants and job requisitions for multiple locations dailyPerform outreach to source the candidate pipelineAnswer general candidate questionsCreate and post job requisitions for multiple locationsCreate offers and processes a high volume of candidates through the hiring process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)What Skills You HaveRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work as a team and effectively interact with others in a work environmentAbility to quickly react and change direction as neededAttention to detailAbility to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information regarding candidatesAbility to work with multiple computer screens and knowledge of computer systems such as GooglePreferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experiencePrevious HR experiencePrior retail experience and or high-volume recruitingWorking knowledge of WorkdayExperience assisting recruiting efforts for hourly positionsExtended and weekend availability may be required
