KOS Production Support Technician
Location : Onsite - Brownwood, TX
Competitive Compensation : Starting at $30.63 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.
Shift Needed : 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm on a 1st shift Monday - Friday schedule.

We are looking to fill a KOS Production Support Technician position within our Plastic's Division. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets.
Crafting Excellence : Your Responsibilities
- Continually study Kaizen principles through publications and work with consultants.
- Develop training materials and conduct training for all Kaizen team participants.
- Facilitate all Kaizen teams in the Brownwood Facilities through active leadership and participation.
- Participate in Kaizen events outside the Brownwood Facilities to improve vision and strengthen understanding.
- Participate in the development of plant goals and the individual team goals necessary to meet these plant goals.
- Recommend areas of opportunities for applying the Lean Manufacturing principles and initiate action through the area supervision.
- Coordinate project implementation through area supervision to ensure understanding of project goals and recommended actions.
- Ensure implemented changes support plant objectives in employee safety, ergonomics, throughput, company quality and grading results.
- Maintain adequate records of project status and report routinely on accomplishments and performance to objectives.

The hourly range for this position is $30.63. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, & 401K.
