Qualifications:
- Previous experience in oil and gas production operations preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a field environment, including exposure to various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to safety
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, operate, and maintain production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on well-site facilities
- Collect and analyze production data to optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies
- Work collaboratively with field personnel to maintain production targets
