Automotive Service Manager - Land Rover Brooklyn

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage the service department of one of our esteemed locations. As an Automotive Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in elevating our service standards and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the service department operations.
• Actively Hire, Train and Develop the team
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain optimal CSI Scores.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ELR, Technician Efficiency, ASR %, MPI%, Loaner vehicle average days and efficiency.
• Minimize/eliminate Technician Guarantee,
• Consistently ensure that processes are followed for warranty Compliance, and Scorecards.
• Exceed manufacturer targets where reasonable while maintaining a positive relationship with their representatives
• Ensure timely vehicle release and manage Open ROs DAILY
• Manage monthly marketing strategy by updating specials, targeting specific recall campaigns, ensuring that website is accurate
• Manage the appointment schedule and 3rd party BDC where applicable

Qualifications

• Required experience in automotive franchise service management. 
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using CDK or similar automotive service software.

Salary : $175,000
