Civil Construction Estimator
Based in Sandy, OR | Hybrid Schedule Available
Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 DOE

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a Civil Construction Estimator who’s organized, detail-driven, and ready to help us continue building strong communities across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare accurate estimates for public and private civil construction projects
- Perform quantity take-offs and thoroughly review project plans and specs
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to manage costs and timelines
- Ensure all estimates are complete, competitive, and aligned with client goals
- Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in civil construction estimating, quantity take-offs, and budgeting
- Experience with cost management and project documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of construction standards and local/state regulations
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or 5 years related field experience
- Certifications are a plus — but what matters most is your integrity and drive
- Software: Agtek, HCSS, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Timberline & Excel
