Civil Construction Project Manager
Based in Sandy, OR | Hybrid Schedule AvailableSalary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 DOE

We're looking for a Civil Construction Project Manager who can lead with confidence, keep jobs moving forward, and help us keep raising the bar.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage public and private civil construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, scope changes and resource planning
- Coordinate with field crews, estimators, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure all work meets contract specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of construction regulations and safety requirements
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or 5 years related field experience is preferred
- Certifications are a bonus — but dedication, grit, and know-how go a long way here
- Software: Agtek, HCSS, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Timberline & Excel
