Employment Counsel

Konexo US is seeking a US-based employment attorney with several years of experience for a client secondment. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.

  • Start date : January / February 2025
  • Work pattern : Part-time to full-time, hourly arrangement
  • Contract duration : 2-3 months
  • Location : New York, NY (On-site or Hybrid)
  • What you should have :

  • 5 years’ in-house domestic and international employment law experience, providing legal advice and guidance on employment policies and procedures
  • Ability to review and set up employment processes and resources, assess and address legal risks, support HR on a wide range of employment matters, respond to complaints and investigations, supervise outside counsel on employment-related matters, and assist on other employment-related items as needed.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to set priorities
  • Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
