Employment Counsel

Konexo US is seeking a US-based employment attorney with several years of experience for a client secondment. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.

Start date : January / February 2025

Work pattern : Part-time to full-time, hourly arrangement

Contract duration : 2-3 months

Location : New York, NY (On-site or Hybrid)

What you should have :

5 years’ in-house domestic and international employment law experience, providing legal advice and guidance on employment policies and procedures

Ability to review and set up employment processes and resources, assess and address legal risks, support HR on a wide range of employment matters, respond to complaints and investigations, supervise outside counsel on employment-related matters, and assist on other employment-related items as needed.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to set priorities

Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
