THE POSITION:
As a Sworn Deputy Clerk of Court, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the judicial system. Under the supervision of the Court Services Director, you will handle a range of duties including:
•Processing individuals assigned community service by the court.
•Collaborating with agencies using community service labor.
•Monitoring unsupervised probation terms and auditing cases in our time payment program.
•Enforcing bond forfeitures and more.
You'll enjoy a fast-paced, impactful environment where your work directly contributes to the efficiency and fairness of our court system.
DO YOU QUALIFY?
•High school diploma or equivalent?
•1 year of office experience (legal experience is a plus).
•The ability to type 50 words per minute without errors.
•Skilled in handling difficult situations and people.
•Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a records check.
