Our client is seeking Account Executives to join their expanding team on a full-time basis looking for a completely uncapped commission structure. In this role, you will focus on prospecting new business through phone outreach, nurturing relationships with engaged partners, and providing comprehensive support to clients in identifying tailored solutions for their clients.

Responsibilities :

Facilitate clear communication between clients and the sales team.

Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility within a rapidly expanding sales environment.

Effectively manage a high volume of accounts, prioritizing tasks and time management.

Conduct research to understand various lines of business and customer personas.

Utilize CRM system and provided leads to foster relationships with clients.

Manage pipeline to ensure adherence to company standards and service excellence.

Provide timely updates on sales cycle to clients.

Validate accuracy of documentation to fulfill requirements.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, with support from dedicated sales managers.

Stay informed on company policies and maintain compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications :

Proven track record of adeptness in competitive environments.

Demonstrated grit, strong work ethic, and disciplined approach to tasks.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to commute in office M-F in Lake Forest.
