Title: Business Process Improvement Consultant - 100% Remote
Job Summary: The Business Process Improvement Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, project management, and change management. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define and document business processes around ERP Processes (Titan), Project Management, project estimates, Training/Onboarding Processes, and Documentation Processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Directors of each business unit to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and document new processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure desired outcomes.
- Set goals for continuous improvement and track performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business process improvement, process engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., usewhale.io, Visio, Lucidchart).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
