What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Acute Nurse Practitioner position at Korzen Health?
Korzen Health is working with Healogics in regards to finding a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner in North Little Rock, AR.
We are looking to add an experienced Certified Nurse Practitioner to cover local SNFs 2 days per week and PRN at Wound Ware Center. Procedure experience within the last 2 years is required. For example: sutures, central lines, intubations, and anything that would be very specialized.
This is a part time, 16 hours/week, 2 days traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients. PRN coverage at Wound Care center will also be available. This is a 100% wound care position.
Scope of Practice Includes:

Scope of Practice Includes:
- You will average around 18-20 patients a day.
- Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.
- 2 days/week SNF, Plus PRN at wound care center.(total 16 hours). No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
- Compensation Model is salary plus bonus
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

- SNF or Wound Care experience is a plus!
- ED or Urgent Care experience is a plus!
- Must have at least 1 year of NP experience
- Must be currently performing procedures such as: sutures, central lines, intubations, and anything that would be very specialized

Salary : $55 - $65
