We are looking for an experienced Olive Oil Sales Representative to join our team at Kosterina. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our ultra-premium Greek extra virgin olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, crushed fruit vinegar, high probiotic organic olives, and olive oil-powered skincare.
You will be responsible for taking the lead in engaging with shoppers during retail sampling events, sharing the story and values behind Kosterina's brand and products. You will oversee product merchandising, inventory management, and sampling activities at in-store demos.
The successful candidate will drive performance against key KPIs, including meeting sales targets, boosting conversion rates, and fostering new customer relationships. You will maintain professionalism and strong communication, ensuring every interaction with customers is proactive and positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking the lead in engaging with shoppers during retail sampling events.
- Overseeing product merchandising, inventory management, and sampling activities at in-store demos.
- Driving performance against key KPIs, including meeting sales targets, boosting conversion rates, and fostering new customer relationships.
- Capturing content to be featured on Kosterina social platforms as appropriate.
- Maintaining professionalism and strong communication, ensuring every interaction with customers is proactive and positive.
Requirements:
- Flexible availability for in-store demos, including evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and confident in engaging with new customers.
- Prior experience in product demos or sales encouraged.
- A passion for food & wellness – a love for premium olive oil is a plus.
