Starting Rate of pay commensurate with experience level.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients
- Maintain positive contact with clients
- Communicate with potential clients via phone, email and text
- Gather all information from the potential client
- Accurate data collection and entry
- Manage and complete daily tasks
Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Computer Proficiency with working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Lead Docket, Litify and FileVine (or similar document management system)
- Must exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detailoriented, highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt to changes in workflow
- Positive attitude
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
