- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Schedule on-site appointments for account managers
- Send and receive invoices using Quickbooks
- Keep up with office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Quickbooks, Hubspot experience a plus
- Bachelors Degree a plus
