KPMG is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Administrative Services at KPMG, within our Administrative & Office Experience organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Office Experience team to support in-office needs, including reception, escort visitors, meeting setup and support, arrange catering, mail, coordination of technology; facilitate support, and other general administrative support for Office Managing Partner as well as other Partner and Managing Director activities
- Collaborate with Tax Processing to provide support scanning, copying, and mail/shipping support during peak times
- Provide transactional administrative support within the administrative services business model, including arranging travel, drafting firm letters, client invoices, and other documents, and additional administrative tasks, as assigned
- Communicate with KPMG professionals and external clients in a friendly and professional manner, working with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization
- Troubleshoot common issues; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and escalate concerns as appropriate
- Follow standard practices and procedures for all activities; work in the office five days per week; ability to lift up to thirty pounds
- Minimum three years of recent experience in administrative or customer service/hospitality industry environment; Audio-Visual (AV) technology experience a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred
- Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to proactively troubleshoot problems; ask critical questions for clarification; collect data to aid in developing/providing solutions; understand when to escalate matters; display the ability to work independently and effectively as a team member; motivated, innovative and have a proactive approach while working under minimal supervision
- Promote a teaming culture with common goals and responsibilities; leverage strengths, expertise, and diverse perspectives to maintain a high-performing team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; excellent Web-based research skills and the ability to learn firm-wide applications
- Ability to manage competing priorities and/or deadlines with service excellence; excellent attention to detail; strong communication, time management, prioritization, organizational and project coordination skills required for fast-paced professional services environment
