Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact for Artificial Intelligence and Data Innovation (AIDI), Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI COE) innovation teams and Ignition Centers to capture requirements and recommend information technology (IT) solutions for implementation; work with product owner of Experimentation Lab(s) to provide required capabilities to support clients
- Prioritize AIDI teams to work and help them navigate the Chief Data Officer (CDO) teams and processes; build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for AI service-related issues
- Communicate, step by step guidance on how customers can operate in the environment; build capabilities in key technologies that enable professionals for client service delivery such as artificial intelligence (AI) and more; identify areas for improvement in AI service delivery processes and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Support the selection, implementation and optimization of technologies, for example: Generative AI and Workflow Automation; ensure all AI services comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices; consult with necessary stakeholders that are subject matter expert (SME) in regulations, standards, and more
- Improve and streamline processes around the management of the Experimentation Lab; handle all Experimentation Lab escalations and manage critical incidents related to AI services to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on clients; manage issue resolution and escalations in support of the experimental lab
- Develop recommendations on how to integrate technology and process improvement and change management activities; create and analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports related to management of the Experimentation Lab
- Minimum five years of recent and related business experience with Service Delivery Management activities including client, engagement acceptance and risk reviews in an Advisory capacity; solid experience in delivering and leading complex projects
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to distinguish proper balance between risk tolerance and business objectives
- Proven experience with shared services/delivery center environment is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated understanding of technology risks regarding technology-based engagement delivery models and enterprise technology; demonstrated understanding of managed services-based delivery models and all relevant Quality and Risk Management (QRM) aspects (technology, operating model, quality and resources models, Service Organization Control certifications and more)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
