The Parts Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to branch locations, internal customers, and external customers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and various operational tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance team effectiveness.
Position Responsibilities
- Answer incoming department phone calls that will ring at both branch locations and the call center, ensuring timely and efficient handling of inquiries.
- Monitor rollover calls to track call volume and identify the originating branches, providing insights for performance improvement.
- Oversee the parts counter email and delegate tasks to relevant branches as needed to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to provide necessary sales support, enhancing overall team effectiveness.
- Manage leads generated from CC360 and HubSpot, ensuring prompt follow-up and conversion.
- Offer product support to branches, helping them with inquiries related to blower and pump leads.
- Responsible for completing the weekly call list for all branch locations.
- Responsible for making outbound calls utilizing the customer drop off list.
- Assist with senior-level coverage during absences, ensuring continuity of operations and support.
- All other duties and responsibilities as directed and required.
