Duties:
- Answer incoming calls, texts and emails from customers, drivers, salespeople, etc and resolve issues.
- Assist with driver dispatch.
- Reconcile drivers route paperwork by verifying invoices and customer payments for accuracy.
- Perform customer service calls to elicit and record feedback from recent deliveries.
- Assist with recording and documenting driver adherence to company SOP’s and safety standards.
- Complete various other tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Work in a team environment while independently completing detailed tasks.
Compensation:
- Pay: $19/hr

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or above preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Flexibility in handling assignments.
- Hours are during the day but must have flexibility in schedule.
- Ability to multi-task while displaying strong listening and evaluating skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through on projects.
- Ability and desire to work as part of a team.
- Bilingual is a plus
