We are now hiring for a Security / Network Lead. The Security / Network Lead is a full-time position responsible for the implementation of all sales and service projects. This position will have field responsibilities and will manage and assist in all service and implementation of all division work.
Main Job Task and Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of employees
- Provides in house and field installation training
- Works with electronics, alarm systems, audio video system, routers, networking, and Wi-Fi
- Manages daily phone calls, email and general correspondence for new projects and existing clients
- Helps assign and monitor clerical and administrative responsibilities or tasks among staff as it pertains to projects
- Monitors project schedule and projects daily
- Helps with project equipment ordering and receiving
- Document change orders and additional billing
- Participate in client trainings and project handoff process

High school diploma or GED and 4 years relevant work experience with at least 1 year experience in leading a team is required. Two years project management / service experience preferred. Must be DCJS certified or can obtain it within 90 days. Must have CompTIA, Network , or A certification or willing to obtain within 1 year.
