We are growing our leadership team and are seeking a Manager, Network and Security Engineering to join our team and lead our Engineering team members that that provide network and security engineering and operational support for Networking, Telecommunications, and Security for NorthWinds and our clients. This role will help to design, manage, and administer networks and security protocols. Managers at NorthWinds must build cohesive teams and strong team members through coaching and building skills, knowledge, and best practices. Managers are expected to build a positive, collaborative environment in their teams, across teams at NorthWinds, and with diverse client teams. This role will lead a diverse group of Network Engineers, Security Engineers, and DevSecOps Engineers, and work closely with various cross functional teams to complete initiatives and projects.
