About The Function
Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 280 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a Client Accounting Supervisor to our outstanding team.
Outsourced Accounting Services is designed to support clients in effectively recording transactions and producing accurate financial reports that are used by management teams and business owners. Client Accounting Supervisors are given a wide variety of accounting assignments under the direction of the Director of the Outsourced Accounting Services Group. At Kreischer Miller, you will have the opportunity to work directly with business owners in a variety of industries and learn from the leaders of our firm.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and a well-defined process. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from team members. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. Consistent, error-free work based on defined standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free. This position is designed to support our clients in effectively recording transactions and producing financial reports that are used by our client’s management teams and business owners.
What makes you a fit for this role?
- 3 years of experience private or public accounting, CPA preferred
- Deep understanding of accounting. Experience with QuickBooks and/or Yardi Voyager a plus
- Ability to work on multiple clients each month.
- Ability to follow quality standards to execute on desired goals in a fast paced environment
- A strong team-player using a persuasive and collaborative communication style
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions
- Demonstrated record of strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Comfortable with changing technology
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
