- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
- Supervise the accounts payable/receivable team to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor accounts for discrepancies and resolves issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable/receivable reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal financial policies.
- Train employees, plan and direct their work, and evaluate productivity.
- Address employee concerns, provide guidance, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Manage customer relationships to foster positive communication regarding payments.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
- Accounting/Finance Background: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on accounts payable/receivable management.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and deep knowledge of debits, credits, and general accounting principles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
