Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will work closely with me to develop and execute a content strategy that reflects my expertise, highlights my listings, and showcases the unique aspects of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage a monthly social media content calendar tailored to my personal brand.
- Create and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, captions, and graphics) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with my online audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Promote new real estate listings, client success stories, and community events.
- Track and report social media performance metrics to refine content strategy.
- Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Strong understanding of current social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging captions.
- Photography and basic video editing skills are a bonus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- A passion for real estate, marketing, or personal branding is a plus.
Compensation:
- $1,000 per month for part-time work (up to 10 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule to accommodate other commitments.
